Box2pk provides you with warehouse addresses in the USA, UK, and Turkey. These addresses allow you to shop from any store in these countries. Your parcels are delivered to our warehouse in that country, and from there we process and ship them to our Karachi hub, after which they are delivered to your doorstep anywhere in Pakistan.

Yes. Our courier service accepts packages up to 68 kg. Anything above this will be shipped via freight at the best available rate. For dimensions, additional handling or oversize fees may apply if any side is over 40 inches, or if the total dimensions exceed 105/130 inches as grid. For value, each item must have a minimum declared value of $1. You may declare a higher amount, and we recommend using a fair, accurate value to avoid customs issues.

A suite number is a required part of our warehouse address. You must include it in the address so your package can be processed smoothly.

We accept online bank transfers and Cash on Delivery (COD) for shipping cost payments.

If your package is lost or damaged due to a carrier mistake, we will file a claim with the carrier and issue a refund once it is approved. The claim process usually takes 15–25 days. For lost packages, a purchase invoice is required for value verification. For damaged packages, we require photos of the inner and outer box with the shipping label and the damaged product, and the consignee must also report the issue to the local carrier. Please note that if the product is damaged but the outer box shows no signs of damage, the claim cannot be accepted.
