You must be registered with Box2PK to obtain a shipping account and access our services.

All shipments are delivered on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

Box2PK Pakistan shall not be held liable for:

i. Loss of shipment in transit due to circumstances beyond our control.

ii. Transit delays caused by adverse weather, flight off-loading, or any natural or unforeseen events.

Shipments must not contain fragile, perishable, liquid, or hazardous items, or any items listed as restricted or banned by the Government of Pakistan.

This facility is only for merchants’ goods and parcels. Please do not include personal or domestic items in it.

Dimensional weight charges apply if they exceed the actual weight. Dimensional weight is calculated using the formula:
Dimensional Weight (kg) = (Length × Width × Height in cm³) ÷ 5000

Applicants are strictly prohibited from sharing their shipping account details with unregistered or unauthorized users without prior notification to Box2PK Pakistan.

Box2PK Pakistan does not assume responsibility for discrepancies in item quantity or content caused by the seller, merchant, or online store.

Box2PK Pakistan reserves the right to suspend or cancel any shipping account without prior notice in case of any violation of these Terms of Service.
